Policies

Booking: If the date and time you need is not shown, it means that we are booked or unavailable. Feel free to contact us, we may be able to accommodate you.

 

Deposit: Security deposit of $30 is required for services over $30. Services under $30 will be full payment. Deposit is credited towards your service with the remaining balance due at the end of your service.

Late Arrival: You can be accommodated, but your appointment will end at the regular scheduled time and full-service price is expected.

 

Cancellation: If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, it will result in forfeit of your deposit and/or you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee.

 

No Show: You will be billed for the full (100%) amount of the appointment. Payment in full will be required for future appointments.

 

Last Minute Cancellations: If you or another person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of the staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointment sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again.

 

A one-time allowance of last-minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted. After that, the cancellation and no-show policy will be in effect.

 

Refunds: Kirat Beauty Co. Does not offer refunds on services or products. We do however offer a Guarantee Policy.

 

Guarantee: Kirat Beauty Co. takes great pride in the work they do! If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 3 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge.

 

Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a service. If you are a minor and would like to receive a service, a parent or guardian must be present to give consent.

 

Guest: Please no guest, children or pets during your service.

 

After Hours: If you wish to have an appointment before 9am or after 7pm, a $25 fee will be added.

Touch Ups: A minimum of 30 total lash extensions are required in order to be considered a touch up. Any less will require a full set appointment.

Touch Ups Appointments: More than 4 weeks since your last appointment will require a Touch Up appointment of 2 hours or Full Set appointment if you have less than 30 extensions.

Lashes from another location: Work must be evaluated. If we cannot work around your current extensions, a removal and new set will be required. If you choose to keep your current set, only booking fee is due.
